Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | The events section staffs and manages parking operations for nearly 500 campus events annually. C1 employees will function as lot attendants to reserve parking spaces, set-up and breakdown events materials, distribute permits, communicate event details, and direct university guests where to park. Events include university open houses, career fairs, graduations, home football and men’s basketball games, and miscellaneous departmental events. Available to work home football games (6) and some men’s home basketball games (10 minimum). Events occur on weekdays, weekends, holidays, daytime, and night time. Events occur during all non-emergency weather, and C1 employees are expected to come dressed appropriately. |
Minimum Qualifications: | The ability to verbally communicate and must possess a valid class C driver’s license with fewer than 6 points. |
